BACKGROUND
Today's business environment is rapidly changing with the digital transformation brought by the cloud, big data, social and mobile. The new style of business also changes the way technology is being consumed and delivered. As a result, IT finds itself struggling to deliver the strategic projects that expand the business and create competitive advantage.
Service Anywhere is a cloud based service desk management software that helps IT organization meet these challenges quickly and efficiently.
THE CHALLENGE
Service Anywhere's management capabilities are varied and span multiple areas (incident, problem, change, configuration, request, and release management and insights). In order to assist new users and potential clients to fully comprehend these capabilities, HP has created a free 30-day-trial option which is much needed in order to explore the full benefits of this product.
However, most users did not use the free trial feature due to lack of interest and appeal.
THE SOLUTION
An interactive map that creates a fun, game-like yet still a functional area where users explore SAW's capabilities without damaging the enterprise's solid look and feel. This strategic shift accompanied with a great user experience has increased performance rates dramatically; customers were 3 times more engaged with exploring the trial environment and there was 25% growth in acquiring customers.
